Creative Brief – Build relationships and to get the public to use the service. The client wanted all current customers, non-peak non users and current non users to know and understand the benefits on offer and have an easy and positive experience adopting and using these.

The Idea – Build awareness and convincing uptake on the offerings. It’s easy, and there’s more. Busit is getting better because it’s getting easier is the angle for the new offerings – let’s not forget the other convincing reasons for taking the bus:

– the journey becomes your time

– value over car ownership/maintenance

– no parking hassles and fees

– the backup plan to walking / cycling

– better for the city and environment

– quality buses and safe
